My posts now a days seems to be short but sweet, so why change??

Just some photographs of new stock and re-jigging. Im always moving stock around and making things look different and inviting.

Not a very good quality photo, but this is supposed to be my tea party table with knitted cupcakes, tea cups and tea pots, hand printed british bulldog tea towels, even a tea pot necklace!

Scrabble Cushions

After announcing many weeks ago that i would be branching out into scrabble cushions i have finally made some up. They were put into the shop today and here they are....

Made from Organic white cotton and printed with black pigment. Each cushion measures approx 14"x14".
Orders taken for specific letters and are £9 each.

The theme for a lot the new items in the shop seems to be 70's retro. I love all the bright, possibly gaudy colours and the bold patterns. Not everyones cup of tea but i love it!

mirror mirror on the wall

New addition to the shop a pretty pink girly mirror.

Painted in a cute shade of pink and sanded in areas to add a distressed worn charm. Jazzed up with buttons and even scribble tiles reminding you to cack a smile... not a mirror :p

I ideally thought this would suit a little girls bedroom but i could see this fitting in well in my bedroom, may have to make another one!

New stock just in time for Mothers Day (3rd of April)

Not particularly 'Mothers Day' themed but new in is this wicker storage box. I liked its kind of unusual shape, it can hold a lot of stuff without taking up too much room, practical and pretty.

The Lion the Witch and Lauren's Wardrobe

Today a got a retro wardrobe moved into the shop. Im kind of getting addicted to buying old furniture but i need to calm down as i am seriously running out of space to put everything!

Anyway this wardrobe was so retro and unusual i just had to get it. As it only came today it is looking pretty bare and needs jam packing full of cool stuff but i just had to share a picture of it :)

New Additions

So like a said i have recently been having a little switch around in the shop. I am making more stock and having more and more ideas i am wanting to do some lifestyle merchandising; putting my products in a setting that they are intended for. Such as displaying cushions on chairs and just adding some more homey touches to the shop.


I have revamped an old stool and little table that i had and bought from a local charity shop. Painted on some colourful eye catching paint and sanded one of them down to give it a distressed look.
