I have set up my very own etsy store!
It's a bit bare at the moment, it needs jazzing up with a banner etc but i will do that when i have a spare few minutes or so.
At the moment only have 3 items on there which i made for my minor project at college all the others i made are either just flat samples or got sold at Indigo.
In time i will make sure to get some more stock in.

wallpaper repeat

I've begun printing my presidential wallpaper repeat and it has been hell! Im finding it so hard to print evenly on paper, way harder than printing onto fabric which seems a bit backwards. It has taken me best part of this week to get to grips with it but i still haven't perfected it yet, hopefully i will have the final repeat complete by Monday, if not i may cry!
The photo below is what i have worked on so far but isn't the final design. Not all the imagery has been printed correctly as im still trying to perfect the pressure on the squeejie during pull throughs.

business cards

Just got my business cards and mini cards through the post today. They've got me all excited but i dont quite know why?

developing & sampling

Still continuing with development of my designs which seems to be taking forever and a day. Probably doesn't help that im so indecisive.

So i figured it was about time i got myself into the print rooms and started some sampling. I have been trying out my eagle cushion design, on organic cotton and natural cream wool. The majority of this is handpainted pigment so takes some time, think i may embroider into the eagle to add some more colour and texture.
Glad to be actually starting with sampling i feel like i am starting to get somewhere but still have a long way to go, 1 sample down 10 to go!
